A career in filmmaking can be very rewarding, but it typically comes with some big drawbacks:  long weekend shoots, administrative headaches,  feast or famine income, and the looming dread of finding the next client.

For Silvi's contract filmmakers, all these burdens disappear. We handle the  sales and project coordination so you can focus on crafting beautiful films at a paygrade you'll love. You'll also enjoy the freedom to  say yes or no to projects according to your interest and capacity. To join our network of filmmakers, submit an application below.

We’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, get to know one another, and review your style, gear, and capacity.

Step 2

We'll train you on Silvi's standard processes and expectations in one simple 60-minute video call. Once this is done, you're all set!

Complete Your Onboarding

Step 3

We'll present you with projects for your consideration. For the ones you accept, we do all the admin work so you can focus on filmmaking.
